Our distillery is located in Bathurst, New South Wales (NSW). The Jones family has lived in the Bathurst district since the mid-1900s and at The Grange since the early 1970s.

The Grange wastes nothing. Our barley feeds the sheep, sunshine charges the boiler, steam heats the still and is recaptured to clean the tanks.

Bathurst Grange Distillery makes flavour you can only find here, because of our unique weather and ingredients sourced fresh from local farmers.
