Bourbon Cask Release
Single Malt Whisky is distilled with locally sourced heirloom malt barley, matured in the temperate Bathurst climate in ex-bourbon casks. Each deliciously smooth sip layers notes of buttery vanilla, raisin and oak with an intriguing hint of biscuit and a chocolatey finish.

Wild Nectar Whisky
An intriguing blend of single malt whisky, aged on our farm, and a hint of sweet honey nectar from our bees. This lighter style of whisky displays the essential characteristics of our three-year-matured oak casks. Buttery vanilla and spice notes blend with a velvety-smooth mouthfeel and a charming hint of sweet blossom nectar to finish. More whisky than liqueur, this is an irresistible drop for a delicious after-dinner indulgence.
