Inspired by the view of the Blue Mountains from our distillery window, Blue Mountain Gin is infused with mint and rosemary grown on our farm and native Australian pepperberry, creating a fresh, herbaceous gin with a smooth finish.
 
Serving Suggestions:
 
1. Serve with a good quality tonic to see the colour change from deepblue to lilac. Garnish with lemon and a sprig of mint or rosemary. Not a tonic fan? Soda tastes just as good.
2. Another great cocktail mix is to crush a dozen blueberries in a cocktail shaker with 45ml of Blue Mountain gin and ice. Give it a shake and pour into a short glass filled with ice. Top with soda.

Blue Mountain Gin contains no artificial colours, preservatives or chemical stabilisers. It may discolour over time but the taste will not be affected. Store in the dark to preserve its natural blue hue.
